We have been working with Gabor and Brenda on a number of different projects, and they have without fail managed to truly make a new home feel alive with their work. It’s easy to see that these two love what they are doing – not only in their attitudes but also in the product they deliver.

Gabor, How long have you been in the painting business?
I have been in the painting business for approximately 30 years and the last 20 of those I have been self employed.
What changes have you observed within the industry during that time?
I would have to say that as far as a change in the painting industry it would have to be the painting products. The paint is much more environmentally friendly and I personally feel the paint quality has gotten better.
What kind of materials do you use?
I use mostly environmentally friendly products. I use paints from Cloverdale and Sherwin Williams. These two companies have products that work for what I do.
What do you enjoy most about running your painting business?
I enjoy the personal contact and working one-on-one with my clients and contractors. There is a quality I like to provide for them to ensure they are satisfied with the work and I can service them well. There is also the flexibility of working for yourself that is great for my wife and I.
What makes your business unique?
I guess what is unique about our business is that my wife and I work together well, sometimes I fire her, sometimes she quits but if I want dinner I hire her back again. (haha)
Who is your ideal client?
My ideal clients are those who have chosen their colors and know where they want them applied.
